Quality

The refurbished concrete poles are made by high-end technology production line, which is a guarantee of high product quality and its production continuity, with a tendency to elevate current quality standards.

Thanks to the cooperation with IMS we have developed a quality control system at each stage of production materials acquisition, and its further use in production. High-quality concrete accelerated curing and vibrating system are there to secure the reliability of the product when used at orchard and also its durability. Refurbished poles have got high performances when it comes to elasticity, durability and low temperatures, geometrical shapes and precise dimensions.

High-quality concrete is achieved by a proper production materials acquisition, special concrete recipe, with a use of additives and high-quality cement, and gravel purity. Suspension cables, containing high amount of carbon, are made in EU, and there are the proof of refurbished pole’s elasticity and durability when applied.
